If any of you had the opportunity to watch Fox & FRiends this morning, you probably saw Bob Beckel being interviewed about todays political events.
Towards the end of the interview he announced to the Fox & FRiends hosts that he has been told by numerous people,(enough and in a way that convinced him) that a bombshell will be dropping tomorrow about Michele Obama.
The Friends turned white and asked what it might be...was it worse than a college thesis? Bob said—Oh yes, in a BIG way. He said that the Repubs were behind it and it was dumb because it meant that Mrs. Clinton would be the nominee.
So the die is cast, IMHO Hillary will suspend her campaign within the next 24 hours and then the bomb will drop, leaving the Republics to take the blame.
Beckel said that this will make Hillary the candidate. Whatever is on that tape (if it is a tape)it must be a beaut.
I know it was his idea, he even admitted it, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Susan Estrich did too.
Here's the pertinent yet unconfirmed quote: "Michelle Obama, 'Once again, the white man keeps us down, what’s up with Whitey, Why’d he attack Iraq, Why’d he let Katrina happen, Why’d he leave millions of children behind. This is the legacy the white man gives us.'”
When you look at it in context, she's referring to "Whitey" and using "Why'd he" in that context. In effect, Why'd "Whitey" attack Iraq, Why'd "Whitey" let Katrina happen...
Oh, and she's NOT talking about Bush. Now, keep in mind that all this is conjecture because no one here (including yourself) has seen the tape. But you're using an erroneous argument based on what's been published on FR thus far.
Ann Archer keeps saying the same thing over and over again on various threads. She can’t possibly know unless she has heard the tape so it is a mystery as to why she is so adamant.
I read that Obama denied the tape (incident) but then provided a transcript. Might be a lie but I think there is something out there.
Maybe seen changing out of her Huma costume.
I’m with you 100%. The Clintons are far more dangerous as we are witnessing during this primary. What if the tables were turned and this were the general election — Hillary vs. McCain — McCain had the electoral votes and Hillary had the popular vote. It would be ugly. I personally would rather take my chances on Obama. First of all, I don’t think he’ll beat McCain and second, since he has some big named democrats putting their credibility on the line to support him, I believe he could be controlled if he were to become the president. Realistically, it’s not like he’s going to put Farrakan and Jay-Z in his cabinet. On the contrary, he’ll probably have people like Sam Nunn. The worst case scenerio is he were to win would be a one-term presidency. The Clintons on the other hand, would have total free reign.

Beckel might be a snake but he is a wise snake. And he did not mention a word of this rumor when he appeared later in the show with Lanny D.

Bob has been saying Hillary is toast for at least 3 months now and that Obama is the nominee. So for what it is worth...he has his wits about him....sorta..I mean he is a Democrat still so..................

The Clintons aren’t putting it out because they want the Republicans to continue to do their dirty work. We also have McCain praising Hillary yesterday. It’s all very strange. I almost feel like McCain and Hillary are somehow working together. If the tape does exist and comes out today it allows her to be the party saviour. I saw Ickes on MTP Sunday and he insisted that she WILL be the nominee. It was creepy. The thought of the Clintons with 8 years of unchecked power should scare all of the Hillary lovers out there.
I hit the link and nothing is there. I went to the blog and nothing is there. could it have been pulled? Many people are saying this video is a hoax. Maybe they realized that?
