Mexico president Calderon: ".....where ever there is a Mexican, there is Mexico."

Don't forget, Mexico has a habit of voting against USA interests at the UN...like the war in Iraq.

They shouldn’t worry. No matter who gets elected this time out, they’ll have a lackey....er “friend” in Washington.

Hey, hombre, you come to America and kill someone...our slogan, “Go to Hell”, applies both figuratively to you who are trying to get the UN involved in changing our system (and to the UN officials as well), and literally to those who do the crime. Particaularly in Tejas!

Someone needs to tell him that it’s U.S. of America and not U.N.

Keep your criminals home, Mexico, and you won’t have to worry about it.

If they commit heinous crimes here they can die here. The UN can play its games all day long an accomplish nothing. Has there ever been in the history of the world such an overinflated utterly useless purely political world body?

Mexico president Calderon: ".....where ever there is a Mexican, there is Mexico."

So a child born to a Mexican mother is actually considered to be born in Mexico? After all, she is a Mexican, so wherever she gives birth, that is Mexico. So the baby is NOT a US citizen, after all. Presidente Calderon may have solved a thorny legal issue for us. No more anchor babiers. Deport them!

I would buy into this if Calderon would insure that no Mexican lunatic criminal could come here and kill American citizens....

...meanwhile, I would watch the "Texas inmate" get the needle on tv if possible.

Mexico says US defying world court order, asks court to stop execution of Mexicans.

If true, then good for us.

We just had a case here in Pasco, WA where a Mexican killed his wife in cold blood right in front of their 11- 12 year old daughter.

The prosecutor made a plea bargain. You plead guilty and we send you back to Mexico, no jail time, because we don't want your daughter to have to testify at a trial.

Dumbass. The U.S Supreme Court has already ruled Texas is free to carry out its state laws as it sees fit and Mexico has no standing to change it.

Mexicans executing Mexicans would seem to be more of a problem than Americans executing Mexicans according to news reports.
Mexicans certainly have more reason to fear execution from the gun of a narco than the narcotics from the needle of an executioner.

Mexico president Calderon: ".....where ever there is a Mexican, there is Mexico."

This is an accurate stement... once they move in the neighborhood deteriorates into a ramshackle slum with junkyards and chop shops masquerading as car repair shops, with their offices painted bright yellow with freehand signs painted in black, in about 6 months.

The 2004 ruling said the prisoners' rights were violated since they were denied contact with the Mexican consulate before being tried.

I'm not sure this is factually correct. IIRC the prisoners were not denied contact with the Mexican consulate; they never requested it. In fact, I'm not sure that the nationality of the prisoners was established when they were arrested - that would be profiling, don't you know.

OTOH, the U.S. is signatory to a treaty that does require us to permit any alien to contact their consulate. It's in our best interests to hold to that treaty, as we want other countries to grant our citizens the same right in their countries. I'd like to know the facts here.

Can someone help me out here?

Has the "World Court" ever prohibited Mexico from aiding her citizens in invading a neighboring sovereign State?

Didn't think so.

How many divisions does the World Court have to enforce its megalomania?

I live in Houston, Texas and the inmate was part of a gang that gang raped and murdered two teen girls. Three of the murder/rapists missed the death penalty because of age. One was executed and now we are awaiting the execution of the ringleader.
Having a teenage daughter, I will not soon forget that horrible day when they found the bodies of the victims.
