Before the “ankle break” the book’s title was “Obama, How He Fooled A Nation”. Now it is a PRO Obama book.
Have you “checked”?
Well, I realize that they don’t have anything to do with content, however, WETA gave me their page and at least they can forward communications.
I got a secretary on the phone at Wash U and gave my recommendation regarding replacing Ifill and sent emails.
It’s just too bad that there is not a good way to communicate with the Commission on presidential debates...
The phone number that Michelle Malkin gave was unusable for a while, but I finally got through and just left a voice mail there.
I think that if they, Wash U, are hosting the debate, they are involved enough to get feedback.
Ifill will now have an excuse to bow out of the debate gracefully, and defuse the growing controversy over her upcoming book.
But she won't have to admit that she might not be impartial.
Looks like Gwen ain’t the only broad looking to cash in on the Demonrat bandwagon: amazing these people all portray America’s economy as being in the dumpster and how there is so much oppression in our society but THEY are making money during those times:

PUBLISHERS have been chasing Tina Fey to write a book for years.
But now that the “30 Rock” and former “Saturday Night Live” star is the doppelganger to Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, her celebrity status has turned white hot - and her book prospects are even hotter.
With very little prodding, Richard Abate, who left ICM to head up the East Coast operation at rival talent agency Endeavor, has begun sounding out publishers on their interest and - surprise, surprise - the lit set is panting for the chance to publish Fey.
One publisher out of the gate offered to pay a $5 million advance. Others jumped in, which, according to our sources, triggered a bidding war and sent the price tag to toward the $6 million range.
I know, but they can receive input nevertheless....
You are referring to this
“This is a set-up. I doubt that she actually broke her ankle.”
Brilliant thought justlurking: could be the truth and goes to how corrupt the MSM is these days.
If the Nazis at Daily Kos/et al can demand birth certificates from Sarah Palin, can’t we demand a doctor’s note from Gwen “Just Call Me Mudd” Ifill?
Thanks Harley (love your bikes!): wasn’t there speculation that he was actually drunk?
Thanks Harley (love your bikes!): wasn’t there speculation that he was actually drunk? Maybe Gwen was drinking, too!
Break a leg.
She tripped on her liberal bias. I cant believe that the Republicans agree to these so called “neutral” moderators.
"Of course she still pans to meet them. Gotta get in that appearance so it will help her pro-Obama book tour she is planning for January."
She tripped on her way into the tank for Obama.
I actually own a BMW (picked my screen name before I bought it), but since this happened in the middle of the night there may have been some alcohol involved. I am shocked!!
It was the issue of the day and while it worked to Barry’s favor (if you are a leftist anyway) it revealed McCain’s lack of stature as a leader in that subject.
Romney would have kicked his ass and exposed him for for being the poser that Barry is much like McCain buried him on foreign policy.
I liked what Lehrer did in letting them mix it up instead of allowing them to spin without rebuttal.
Please tell me it was a “Jeff Gillooly” with an Iron Shillelagh!
Injured his knee supposedly.
No Democrats are tearing through her for putting herself at risk my attending this debate? Afterall, blood clots are a risk when bones are broken. Look at the way they demeaned Gov. Palin for giving a speech after her water started leaking, then flew home to deliver her baby afterward.
Really it would have been nice for the Commission on Debates to freshen up the game a bit with a new batch of moderators, what with the change theme and all. People get tired of the same old crap and won't watch, opting to just catch the coverage on the MSM news (which always declares the Democrat the winner).
