Since it's very obvious now that Barack Obama is NOT a "natural born" U.S. citizen and therefore unqualified to be President of the United States, has anyone considered filing a lawsuit to protect America's national security secrets, nuclear launch codes and the military chain of command in the event Obama is somehow sworn in as President?
The lawsuit could state that Obama is not a "natural born citizen" based on all the evidence from the multitudes of lawsuits being filed against him regarding his citizenship status and thereby makes him unqualified to hold the office of President.
The lawsuit would prevent him from having access to national security secrets kept by the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, the Pentagon and other intelligence agencies, access to the launch codes of America's nuclear arsenal and access to the military chain of command in order to prevent Obama from giving illegal orders that would jeopardize U.S. national security.
This kind of lawsuit needs to be filed to protect America and hopefully somebody with the money and access to the court system can do it.

Evidence cited in lawsuits that have not been adjudicated cannot be used as evidence.

That's right this moonbat unsuccessfully sued Bush three times over 911. This hack also called for the disbarment of Justices O'Connor, Scalia and Thomas over Gore v Bush. With this guy leading the charge this case will go nowhere.
You are correct, it is obvious that Barry is not a natural born citizen, and it wouldn’t surprise me if he isn’t a US citizen at all.
What to do about it? It’s up to the Supreme Court and Congress to enforce the US Constitution. If they refuse to do their jobs, it is reasonable to say that our two century old Constitutional Republic no longer exists. It has been replaced by a government of men acting on the whim of the moment, not laws.

When enough people lose their jobs, houses, investments, and lifestyle, we’ll see exactly what happens in DC.
I have a feeling the people will decide what happens and it may or may not be a result of the ballot box.
It’s happened before, and it will happen again. This isn’t WWII where people blindly follow their government. Those days are long gone. People are very angry and are no longer looking at (D) or (R) any more.
Obama just being president is a national security threat.
No such thing is obvious; and it is extremely unlikely SCOTUS will even review this matter.
They are definitely using the same legal team. Can’t wait for the question/answer session at the press conference on Monday. Mr Berg will you continue your efforts to prosecute Bush and Cheney for their part in the 911 conspiracy after they leave office? This one may even be better than Sinclair’s lawyer showing up in a kilt because his junk was too big for pants.
The only thing obvious is that some people are posting BS and claiming they have a crystal ball that is giving them the all knowing truth. LOL
And I want to be as far away as possible when that happens, preferably sipping Pina Colladas.
He will get many Americans killed, and so will himself fall victim to his own fascism.
To run for president knowingly, with prejudice against America and the Constitution, is fascist. Obama;s personal agenda has been substituted for the Constitution. Our freedom will diminish and possibly disappear, simply because when convenient, Obamas agenda will also defile our personal freedoms.
Many of us will pay, and Obama himself will perish at the end of this bizarre political cycle. Such is the way proven by history in relation to such demagogues.
