Does the Second Amendment give individuals the right to bear arms?
http://www.usatoday.com/news/quickquestion/2007/november/popup5895.htm
Is there a “No, GOD did” choice?
done
Done.
97% voted YES, out of over 100,000.
Its a good thing.
1.005.518 votes so far. 97% say yes
97% Yes
Pretty good results. Over a million votes, and only 2% (probably Nancy Pelosi , the effeminate at the daily kos,and Diane Feinstein repeatedly voting) think it’s not an individual right...
97-2 percent, currently.
Rats - I got a “Cannot find Server” - we must be blowing it out of the water.
2% said NO! BO and Jimmah Carter must’ve voted.
I was vote 1,005,489.
It is still 97% yes though.

Pity the wording of the question is inaccurate. The 2nd Amendment is an affirmation in government that citizens *have* the right to bear arms. It does not propose to “give” any such right — as if the government possesses the authority to do so. Still, I voted in the affirmative ... no point in confusing the liberals more than they already are.
97%!! Wow!!! We all know this liberal paper will NEVER publish this because it goes against what the “messiah” says!
Don’t fret....it’s from Nov 0f 2007.....
The Amendments in the Bill of Rights listed unalienable (God-given, natural rights beyond the authority of any man or government to later) to keep them free of encumbrances being placed on them by Government. The purpose was to limit the scope of Goverrnment authority, not to bestow rights upon those who already had them.
Of course, if you answer such a trick question "no", that will be taken as a sign that you do not believe the right exists.
Any answer you give is going to be incorrect and hurt the RKBA.
not sure USSAToday was wanting this kind of lopsided response. There will be no mention of this poll by them, ever.
Is the USA today the only media group that doesn’t know ???
polls do not make laws, the constitution does along with legislation that agrees with the Constitutional guidelines. DUH
You’re probably right, but I’m too lazy to go back and check.
