Justice Brandeis once said; “Sunlight is the best disinfectant”. We need to muster the resources of the pajama clad investigators and shed some light on Danny and his/her past.
Read the entire thread. It appears the issue died in December and has not been active since then.
Bickell said he would correct the oversight and that was the end of it.
Apparently someone had access to what was on the docket and never checked back.

On another thread, there was talk of Scalia making the point of there needing to be a fourth justice needed in order for the case to be heard. If Justice Thomas is the holdout (due to Bickell’s shennanigans), hopefully Justice Roberts will bring this to light
It contains a gun and smoke, but it isn't the smoking gun. We need to determine who Bickell is, where he came from and who his benefactors are.

Who is this guy and exactly what is his role with the Supreme Court. Does he have the power to decide which cases the Justices see? If so, why has he and/or others been given this right?
As people have already said, clerking for a SCOTUS justice is given to young law school graduates at the top of their class. It’s a very prestigious job, and usually leads to employment in a top law firm afterward.
I guess the problem is that more and more of the “top” law schools are moving to the left. In an ominous move, Harvard Law School has revised its curriculum, and basically eliminated Common Law as a first year course. Instead, they will be taught how to twist the Constitution in the desired direction.
So, there are still a few conservatives in the top law schools, but fewer every year, probably. And they are activists, meaning they will step in and hide papers that they disapprove of.
But it has been done in the past AFTER the election when it was discovered that the person elected was not yet a U.S. citizen. That person was ineligible and removed from office by Congress.
