"They need more...'tinfoil'...?"

Are you saying that anyone considering the possibility, not probability, that a Clerk of the Supreme Court is incapable of being compromised or corrupted, or is even acting upon incorrect principles or beliefs is a loon? Clerks at the Supreme Court are attorneys, not low level administrative GS types. If there is a repeated pattern of behavior you can assure yourself it is deliberate, not a continuing series of miscues and errors. Those with those tendencies do not get hired or retained by the highest court in the country.

Clerks do a lot of the justices work for them, but do you really think anyone on the court would really want to touch this matter with a 2000 foot pole?

Forget social security, overturning an election in the courts has to be the true third rail of American politics.

"The first thing that needs to happen is to find out the correct spelling of his name."

I have searched under multiple spellings, including Beckell, Bickle, Bickel, and first names D. Danny Daniel, and Danell, but found no biographical or identification related information other than references to him (or her) obstructing the eligibility cases.

OK, you use Google and any of your other sources you can think of and see if you can answer any of the questions I raised.

Life is tough. It's even tougher when you're stupid and toughest when you are stupid AND lazy.

Just so odd - FINALLY, I found some independent mention of this person - Alex has it right:

Danny Bickell
Deputy Clerk
Supreme Court of the United States
Washington, DC 20543

http://www.agacl.com/speakers.htm

Here’s an old email addy:

Quote:
Danny Bickell
Supreme Court of the United States
1 First Street, N.E.
Washington, D.C. 20543

Where did he go to law school? Wikipedia doesn’t even mention this *******.

I found this info

Danny Bickell
Deputy Clerk
Supreme Court of the United States
Washington, DC 20543

from The Association of Government Attorneys in Capital Litigation.

http://www.agacl.com/speakers.htm

I would assume they have his name spelled correctly. He was on their list of speakers for their 30th annual conference.

Dr. Taitz should file a complaint with her U.S. Congressman, Rep. Gary Miller (R-CA), 42nd District. A letter of inquiry to the US Supreme Court from a Congressman will get an immediate response.

If the BC issue doesn't work out, maybe tax fraud would do . . . Oh wait. That's a requirement for the administration, isn't it?

http://thesteadydrip.blogspot.com/2009/03/justice-roberts-agreed-to-read-all-of.html

. . . It contained 130 current job positions for Barry Obama, Barack H. Obama and Michelle Obama, that were obtained from Intellius Jobs.com. None of them were reported on Obamas' tax returns. All of these documents suggest possible massive tax fraud, corruption of a public official, bribery and massive campaign contributions fraud, whereby large campaign contributions, over allowed limits were reported as fictitious positions with different companies, not surprisingly involving most mainstream media outlets. . .
