There is a social stigma attached to this and these same people will rant and rave while popping a top on a beer and lighting up a cigarette.
Not that I smoke, but this financial crisis has really bothered me when I see how strapped we are and then watch on the news that there was a marijuana bust. Then I think “Wow, I’m glad there are no murders or rapes to solve so they can focus solely on getting that pot off the street”.

Great idea, but the Constitution gives the fedgov the authority to regulate trade w/ foreign nations, so the DEA should be downsized to where they keep watch over our borders. That’s my opinion, anyhows.

Not likely, IMHO. This is case of doing the right thing for the wrong reasons. It's not about the 10th Amendment, it's just pandering to their base. They did it because they wanted to, not because the Constition says they should.

Well, I serve my country by making new military hardware. I have 20 patents, 12 are on military hardware, stuff you don't read about in books because it is too classified to publish, and even fiction writers cant dream up some of the stuff we do in real life.
This is one area where I agree with Obama, and just try calling me a slacker.
