Both multiple addresses and multiple SS numbers. If you look at the report, you will see the complete list. Though some of them are probably not him ( different spellings of the names) , thre are ones that are definitely him. How may Barack Hussein Obamas with the bithdate of Aug 4, 1961 can there be in the US ? :-)

I went to the link posted as the report and it was court papers with no mention of SS numbers. Do I have the wrong link?

The link is right. It is a long report. You have to let it load all the way. Then do a word search for Sankey. That will bring you to the right section

don’t you have to show a birth certificate to get an American passport?

You only have to prove citizenship; not natural born status. So, a certification of live birth, naturalization papers, an armed forces regular commission, etc. will do to prove citizenship.

But Obama’s occupation of the White House absolutely eliminates both truth and justice.

So did the OJ Simpson acquittal. It happens every day. Perhaps the best analogy is the acquittal in the trial of Bill Clinton in impeachment. It served neither truth nor justice. It was a political act. My point is the political considerations are not limited to non-judicial bodies.

I do not applaud the court for pusillanimity. My point was that the court, once it decides that it dare not loose forces it cannot control, probably will not take the case in the first place and it certainly will not take the case merely to write dicta.

I understand you. Nor do I applaud.

The least I can do is to say the court has erred, both morally and legally, in a circumstance of immeasurable severity.

Can he be impeached over ineligibility ?

Seems to me he could never be impeached if he never was president. But that's the question we want answered: Is Obama, or is he not, the President of the United States? IOW, is he eligible to serve as president? If not, then he never was president in the first place. I imagine he'd just have to "go away." I suppose he could be sued for fraud and perjury later (he'd have perjured his Oath of Office at the very instant he swore it).

Thank God for OK. We need to get as many states as possible to get this done.

The answer is for the states to pass legislation instructing their sec of states to obtain document that candidates meet the citizenship requirements.

We get that done and we don’t need courts.

The Answer is to DEMAND enforcement of section 3 of the Twentieth amendment.

The enforcement is up to the states not the federal government.

Depending soley on what are in essence "democratic" forces to enforce the Constitution is a losing proposition.

Agreed. Which is why the Constitution may turn out to be a suicide pact after all.

>>So, perhaps the fact that the FBI is not investigating and issuing criminal indictments is a reflection of the fact that Orly does not have what she says she has. Of course, some will suggest that the FBI is part of the conspiracy.<<

Or there is the third possibility which is probability. They are incompetent and afraid. they can’t imagine that anyone would actually perpetrate such a deception and woe be to the agent who investigates this, especially if he is wrong. Imagine how his career would end?

He visited Pakistan for a summer during college and had to have used an Indonesian passport.

Why?

Good question. I wished McCain would have asked him in the debates.

No, why do you think he must have used an Indonesian passport?
