Can he be impeached over ineligibility ? That may be the last recourse to save this country.

We will have to retake the House of Representatives first. Impeachment proceedings will never occur as long as San Fran Nan and Barney Fwank are in control.
Hopefully, since he's intelligible in the first place, he can just walk out the gates.

The issue has still not arrived, gone mainstream, reached respectability or credibility or a day in the fresh air and sun.

The courts are not going to help it. If they were, they’d have done so already. If some ass#0 clerk at the SC can squelch it, the courts are hopelessly compromised.

You can't impeach somebody who was never eligible to hold the office in the first place. It means he was never president because he wasn't eligible.
He would simply be removed by US Marshals.

I disagree; “IF I drop a rock from my hand, it WILL fall to the earth.” is indeed a fact. (in this universe at least..)
You know what is really puzzling for me is Obama and his attorneys can actually release the actual birth certificate to the court marked “for attorney’s eyes only” and only the attorney’s, judge, and Obama would be allowed to see the document and it could be kept confidential.
So I really don’t know what the big deal is. We need to demand he release it to the courts and if there is nothing there then the attorney’s can agree on a statement the clears Obama otherwise let the chips fall where they may.
If Obama is indeed ineligible then ALL that worked to put him in power need to be held accountable which includes the entire DNC.

So, perhaps the fact that the FBI is not investigating and issuing criminal indictments is a reflection of the fact that Orly does not have what she says she has. Of course, some will suggest that the FBI is part of the conspiracy.
It’s a bit ironic that the folks who are the deepest into the birth certificate issue, and are clamoring for Obama to release his BC, are not yelling at Stephen Pidgeon (reputed in a FR thread yesterday to have some new documents in a safe deposit box http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2214531/posts?q=1&;page=89#71 ) and Orly to release what they have.
It’s time to fish or cut bait. Obama is not required to release his BC. So he won’t. The burden of proof is on the accusers now.
