“He traveled on an Indonesian passport.”

We don’t know that for sure. However, it’s a reasonable speculation because, as you say, he was adopted by an Indonesian man.

What makes you think its not being investigated? Also, why should anyone be able to look at what Orly or Pidgeon has while an investigation is underway??? That would compromise the investigation. Only an obamabot would seek the release of this information so they could then destroy it and protect Obama. Precisely WHY this stuff is under lock and key -- we 'birthers' are not that stupid.

2ndly, while Obama may not be required to release his birth certificate - neither was McCain required to do so when the DNC began yelling he wasn't qualfied almost a year ago. McCain did not dig in his heels and refuse to release his information, nor did McCain hire a team of lawyers to keep his information hidden. This refusal by Obama to provide the proof that he qualfies as McCain did are actions that prove guilt which is why this controversy is growing. Since Obama is the ONLY ONE who can release this information the burden of proof is indeed on him - no one else.

If I were an Obama supporter I would be insisting that Obama release ALL of his documentation -- birth certificate, school records, selective service registration, EVERYTHING. After all he claims 'transparency' does he not? So prove it, anything less is total hypocrisy and arrogance and the american people know it.

Face it, the more he continues to claim a transparent administration and refuses to release ANY of this documentation proves guilt and more and more americans are jumping on the birther bandwagon and this issue will not die nor will it go away until he does.

Question for you. Why should a child playing soccer have to submit a certified birth certificate and a President of the United States capable of launching nuclear war NOT have to???? You're going to have to do better than that.

If she ever gets her day in court, Orly Taitz’s information about 0bama’s declaration on official paperwork that he has NEVER used any other names when, in fact, he used several various names in the past, is going to be his downfall. She has, on those papers signed by him, rock solid evidence for a FELONY conviction!

“Can he be impeached over ineligibility ? That may be the last recourse to save this country.”

I wish but then that might mean we get a Pres Binden and VP Pelosi That would suck! Besides congress will just CHANGE the rules and let him stay. As one freeper said, the best thing would be if when he leaves the country for that G20 summit, he is not aloud back in!!!

Obamanation also refuses to release any other records, transcripts, applications etc. which might indicate his citizenship, nationality or religion, including any records which might reveal the sources of income, tuition, student financial information, etc.

I think they did. Most of the adresses are to businesess. The 5324 S Kimbark Ave, Chicago, IL for example is Btg Properties, a nonresidential building operator. The 042 SS number is listed as the number he used when he was living in Massachusetts attending Harvard. They had the complete number ( I think the last 4 digits are redated for the report ). They traced it and found it is issued to a 118 year old man ( or one that would be 118 if he was still living ).

Who is going to bring that issue to congress?

And who in congress is going to vote on it?

“Besides congress will just CHANGE the rules and let him stay.”

Sorry, but that “RULE” is in the Constitution; something Congress can’t change by itself!

"Procedurally duly elected and sworn in,..."

Yes, but only because the Democrat party chose to undertake fraud in nominating BO as their candidate. In effect, the party assumed (or ignored) his eligibility question -- choosing instead to assume that the first black (or at least half black) candidate would win the election, and thus sweep them into power.

My personal frustration is that there is no court will to take the case or procedurally declare any plaintiff to have sufficient standing to bring suit. Surely there is a means to enforce a Constitutional provision. But since we have (a) a willing Congress; (b) a willing media; (c) a complicit court... I frankly wonder if the Constitution has now been rendered meaningless in most regards.

Ladies and gentlemen, the country has been overthrown and it happened right in front of our eyes.

You mention standing. I have posted my belief that the Supreme Court would be wrong in finding that plaintiffs have no standing. When one considers that the president of the United States sends our sons and daughters in harm's way, perhaps to be killed, it seems to me that everybody had standing. When Obama' s finger is only inches away from the red button on the nuclear football, it seems to me we all have standing.

With respect to your point about the Constitution disappearing before our eyes, I would be very interested in reading Mark Levin's new book, "Liberty and Tyranny."

Among the doctrines of The Frankfurt School is the concept of The Critical Theory which inculcates cynicism and leads inexorably to nihilism. Any bed rock, any sure foothold on reality should be done away with. So, if this controversy diminishes our respect for the Constitution it has served the left-I would not say that is true if it only diminishes our respect for the Supreme Court.

Also, HRS §338-17.8 did not become Hawaiian law until 1982 and therefore has nothing to do with Obama.

I absolutely agree. This is Government “by the people/for the people” — ALL citizens should have standing to take the government on legitimate constitutional questions.

Your comments are a demonstration of my tongue in cheek reference to hiding out in an undisclosed location.

You know that Obama was not required to provide proof, you say so, and then you seem to be trying to play ‘gotcha’ with the kid playing rec soccer having to provide more documentation than the president.

Frankly, I think anyone running for public office should have to provide basic proof of eligibility. Unfortunately, without an ex post facto law (something we don’t typically favor here at FR), Obama will not have to do so, unless one is passed prior to the next presidential election cycle.

In addition to the questions about his birth certificate, I'm surprised that no one has questioned his education.

He says he has a law degree from Harvard. How does one achieve that without knowing how many states make up America?

He says he taught Constitutional Law. Why doesn't he know that the 14th Amendment prohibits taxing groups you don't like.... e.g. AIG employees, smokers

Why doesn't he know that legislation is introduced by members of Congress... not the Executive Branch and definitely not the Treasury....

Entirely too many small things keep cropping up... The guy is a fraud....
