Browner, President-elect Barack Obama's pick as global warming czar, was listed as one of 14 leaders of a socialist group's Commission for a Sustainable World Society, which calls for "global governance" and says rich countries must shrink their economies to address climate change.
By Thursday, Mrs. Browner's name and biography had been removed from Socialist International's Web page, though a photo of her speaking June 30 to the group's congress in Greece was still available.

AP is still blaming George Bush for repudiating Kyoto. It was a rotten treaty, chiefly designed to take American money and ship it to the third world—to accomplish nothing.
When Al Gore brought it back, the Senate voted it down, 95-5. Clinton had more sense than to try to push it any further, so it was never ratified.
But things have gotten crazy enough now so we might just sign it. If so, it will be The End Of The World As We Know It. Trillions of dollars to bloat the UN bureaucracy beyond its wildest dreams. Money we don’t have.
Monday morning hit the phones to tell your elected regardless of party that you are not going to pay for this fraud. Call it what it is, an unrepresentative tax on private citizens; another way to rob the people by the elite and that includes Mr. and Mrs. Barack Obama and a congress owned by George Soros....follow the money and see who else is getting rich by this egregious and obscene lie, Global Warming/climate change/carbon footprint tax and the United Nations global tax on America. Shame on President B.Obama paying off more who elected him to office and hurting millions and millions of Americans by doing so.
When the average Obama voter finds out his electric bill is going up 50% (a number pulled out of air but probably not too bad for the effect these idiots will have on electric bills) we may have an opportunity to attack the Congress and I may mean literally.
These clowns don’t even pay attention to us much less fear us. That may change.
He wants to ensure that we have less than no money.
Here in NJ, people are starting to ask why their electric bills are double what they were a couple of years ago, right now my electric bill is a 1/4 more then it was last year, and double what it was 2 years ago. We use to average $69 a month in the winter, now the average is $149 per month. Turns out the utility companies were forced to raise rates because of environmental laws enacted and state taxes, so of course that gets passed down to the consumer.
