Saul (AKA Paul) was a well-educated religious zealot. Although he committed evil, he was not acting out of a desire to do evil. In his heart, he loved God and followed His commandments.

Depends on what one wishes that person to "convert" to. Perhaps you mean "salvation".
Whenever you pray for someone's conversion, it means "conversion to Christ (Christianity)."

Could Joe Biden possibly be worse than Zero? He may not be any better but I have a hard time imagining him to be worse than the “community organizer.”
Besides, Joe could be interesting entertainment as he pulls one foot out of his mouth only to put the other one in.
