Are we even sure everybody in that crowd was a practicing physician? How many had been disciplined by their state boards? How many had been denied malpractice insurance, or were paying extremely high rates in order to continue practice? Were they all GPs, or were they made up of a preponderance of specialists in some field or another?

So many questions, that would remain unsanswered, perhaps forever.

Everything is "fabricated," from the use of the teleprompter instead of speech from the heart to handing out coats to Doctors so they'll "look good" in a photo op. I understand marketing ... ran a big int'l marketing department for years. Good marketing promotes a good product. Fabrication is what you do when you've got a lousy product. (Which I refused to "sell"). These people have no standards ... and they don't even mind when the "fabrication" shows (as the picture depicts).
