The content of the any federal version of health care and the procedure used to shove it down our throats is irrelevant. Article 1 Section 8 does not specifically list health care as a power for Congress to regulate and therefore is unconstitutional. The people are not bound to comply with any unconstitutional act of Congress. People need to hammer this point home to their Congress critters!
