At first I thought those were pleats in the coat. But, wrong...it is just wrinkled. How sloppy she is. AND...those are not black panty hose on her legs. She is wearing stretch leggings with that dress!!! The woman is totally a fashion wreck. Dresses like she was 5 years old and just raided “Mommy’s” closet for pretend dress up. I can’t imagine she really thinks she puts together a good outfit. But, the wrinkled coat...just unforgiveable. A real slob.
