Neither am I. The number is irrational. And diverting 34 warships??? For what? That won’t “secure” one man or family, they can’t react fast enough. Either this is an overblown story to distract us from the Fed monetizing the debt, or something else is up (still a distraction).

The coat is not wrinkled. It's designed that way. There's that weird fabric. Remember broom skirts? One wraps the skirt around a broom to have that wrinkled effect. I think this coat is the same.

Those are thigh high boots she's wearing. I think she had them custom designed. Italy?
