I’ll be happy when it becomes their farewell flight never to be a pestilence upon us again.

Changing their departure date/time is downright rude. Why was the time changed?

Well it sure was not because Mochelle took the time to iron her wardrobe

I think it looks like she’s saying to herself, “Yummy! Lobster for lunch!”

Ok, I’ll bite.

Using your own (also unsubstantiated(* figure of 3000 people:

Let’s say they all naturally travel in high style, top security, etc.

$1k/day? $2k? Heck, why not $10k?

$10k/day * 3k people = $3 mil. Not 200 mil.

Again, look up the cost of the war in Afghanistan or Iraq, then use some common sense..

Look, I deplore “his highness” as much as you do. But when we jump on insane stuff like this, we just make ourselves look as stupid as DU’ers on the other end of the spectrum.

"Olive Oyl"

Good observation, I couldn't put my finger on it when I looked at her. :-)

Snippet:

Not much has been said, however, of the speculation that 200 corporate CEOs will be along for the ride. Add this to an apparently last-minute decision to bring his family — all for an economic summit — and one might wonder what is being expected. As Steve Quayle asks, “When in U.S. History has a sitting President taken off on an overseas trip for an extended period of time, with 65 airplanes, 34 warships reportedly 3,000 people including his friends and cohorts, at the pinnacle of an economic and political upheaval?”

...”crumpled grocery bag...”

That’s it exactly! However, I am so happy we don’t have to look at her armpits or her “fabulously toned arms.”

She frequently resorts to her Olive Oly hairdo- slicked back with a little stiff ‘ponytail’ sticking straight out low down on the back of her head.

The fabric in that coat must be some new, trendy fashion. The Lowes “Do-It-Yourself” decorating catalog arrived in the mail this afternoon, and they show similar fabric used in drapes and bedspreads and pillows. Gone With The Wind redux. I think it looks messy.
