The states we lost in the Seanate race last week were not exactly in the GOP’s hands to begin with. This is more whining from teh RINOs.

This is the MSM “trying to find anything and everything that’s positive towards the political left” to report on. Not surprising.

Yeah, and good thing too.

If the Repubs had taken the Senate - with all the RINO’s - it would have been a sure set-up for O’s re-election in 2012. And there is nothing they could have accomplished anyway with O’s veto pen. They only would have been the point of blame for the Dems.

Of course, IMHO.

This is a quote from last Tuesday, not today This one quote has been the subject of about ten stories in the Washington Post. They are really running the wheels off this one statement by one particular Congressman that nobody ever heard of before.

Of course, as catalogued extensively before, without Palin and the Tea Parties, the Republicans would still be wandering in the wilderness, and would not have had nearly the success they have had in either house. Also, the winning percentage of Republicans in the Senate was higher than the winning percentage in the House, so it is hard to fault anybody for that performance.

I don’t think Palin supported any primary challenger that was Tea Party other than O’Donnell, and we’ve only got 46 in the Senate. Story is poppycock. Angle and Buck she supported after their primary wins, Fiorino wasn’t Tea Party really, and Miller or Murkowski will still be a Republican win. It comes down to O’Donnell, and I’m with Palin on that one. We don’t need to give liberals like Castle more power as well as the cover of a Republican party label. Palin’s primary picks were pitch perfect — including O’Donnell.

I won’t hold my breath, but the “establishment” needs to look for good CONSERVATIVE candidates for 2012 or they face the same primary challenges . . . and hopefully the same incredible victory by conservatives again.

This is the absolute last chance for the AP to run yet another story based on this quote saying “last Tuesday”. Starting tomorrow, they will have to start saying “a week from last Tuesday” or omit the date of the quote altogether.

So, hopefully, they can stop sucking on this particular thumb, and move on to another finger.

According to the Shelby County Reporter, he said the Senate would be in Republican hands if not for losses by tea party candidates endorsed by the former Alaska governor and 2008 vice presidential nominee.

The Republicans failed to gain control of the Senate because of their failures to honor the winners of the Republican Primaries. The failure of the Republicans to fully support the candidates who came out of the primaries as winners is why the Senate is not in Republican hands.

Furthermore, the candidates themselves failed to support the Republican winner of the primary. Lisa M. showed arrogance and disdain for Miller; Castle turned his back to Christine O. Where was the leadership in the RNC? Why have primaries if the RNC is not going to support the results?

We already know that there is no integrity or statesmanship in the Democrat Party. ...and the Republican party?

Interesting how Palin isn’t being criticized for backing Fiorina and Whitman. It is okay for Palin to back a loser as long as it is a RINO, but if she backs a conservative candidate who loses then it is her fault for some reason.

Wow,looks like more irrelevant RINOs have discovered that bashing Palin gets your name in the news.
Lucy Van Pelt (Linus's big sis) definitively defined such egotistical stuffed shirts:

“I don't care if anybody likes me as long as I'm popular.”

Nonsense. The Rinocrats chose to run against who the Party rank and file chose as candidates. Rove needs assisted living.

No, she swept out a lot of RINO’s; a vastly superior benefit than actually “winning” the Senate. If Joe Miller gets in, it will be a big win in my estimate.
