[2007] Chinese sub pops up in the midst of a US carrier battle group
Hot Air ^ | 11/10/2007 | Bryan

Posted on 11/11/2010 1:46:11 AM PST by Sprite518

US Pacific Command’s Adm William Fallon says the group wasn’t conducting anti-sub operations, but the fact remains that the submarine did slip past the group’s security screen undetected and popped up within firing range of the Kitty Hawk.

LOL! I’m amazed at how stupid the public can be. All you have to say to the it’s an airplane idiots. Ask them how come no other plane has ever done that before? In other words if it was a plane, then how come we do not see that ever day.

Amazed that people trust this government on giving them truth. THIS after they know politicians lie to them over and over again. Astounding!

Why, yes. Yes I do.

I think you'd change your tune Buster if you looked closely at that video again. You'll notice at about the 32 second mark there is a ufo too. That missle was obviously fired at the ufo but it missed.........

I guess there is a sucker born every minute. Listen Putz... If that was the case, then you would see it everyday. There are many aircraft that fly into Los Angeles everyday. This would not be some anomaly. People would quickly recognize it. Have you even looked at the actual video? Please do not tell me you are that gullible!

You really think that is the first time a plane has ever taken that route into LA at that time of the day???

Go right ahead and believe the government line. LOL!

2007... To the day. Connect the dots smart guy....

From the link in the Hot Air article (11/7/2007):

Chinese Sub Came Close To U.S. Ships
KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Nov. 14, 2006

(AP) A Chinese submarine came close to the USS Kitty Hawk carrier group in the Pacific Ocean last month, a top U.S. naval commander confirmed Tuesday, adding the encounter could have triggered an "unforeseen" incident.

A Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, however, said she had not heard of such an incident.

The aircraft carrier and its supporting ships were conducting exercises in an unidentified location when the encounter occurred, Adm. William Fallon, the commander of U.S. Pacific Command, told reporters.

Dots connected.

Sorry, the Hot Air article was 11/10/2007, not that it matters.

LMAO! I really do hope you are joking!

That is not the link in Hot Air. When you click on the link in Hot Air it’s from 11/10/2007 and not 2006 as you are trying to apply.

Here is the link again...

http://hotair.com/archives/2007/11/10/chinese-sub-pops-up-in-the-midst-of-a-us-carrier-battle-group/

Now once you are in Hot Air at the top it says,

“This qualifies as bad news.”

Click on “Bad News” and it will take you to this link.

Look at the date! LOL!

Once last try before I give up:

From the Hot Air article:

US Pacific Command’s Adm William Fallon says the group wasn’t conducting anti-sub operations, but the fact remains that the submarine did slip past the group’s ...

Click on the link in the word "Says". Also note the Daily Mail article doesn't give any type of date or time frame for the incident because they were recycling year old news.

Did you even read the article????

BTW, Hot Air posted it on 2007. Do you think they were recycling old news???? LOL! You are killing me!

Your article just proved that the incident in 2007 was not the first time. Come on man!

Before you can connect the dots you need to have all the facts and unless you are some “Special” privlaged insider you don’t, and neither do I. Fact is our government does not lie about everything and sometimes things that appear sinister are not. Here in Michigan I have seen the same thing that was seen in California. Scared the heck out of me and others, but it was indeed a contrail as this likely was also. Why not search for the logical before scrambling off to the most outlandish explanations??????

The Carnival Splendor is a 952 foot long state of the art cruise ship, that was launched into service on 2nd July 2008. This ship has six engines — three in the aft engine room and three in a forward engine room. Electric cables connect each engine’s generator to two switchboards. Now if I am reading this right that means there are 6 engines and 6 generators and 2 switchboards, main and a back-up! There is no possible way that a fire in one engine / generator at one end of the ship would take out the engines and generators at the other end. Remember that this ship is over 3 football fields long and the engine rooms are on opposite ends of the ship, one at the front and one at the back. They have taken every precaution and specially designed this ship so that if an engine or generator fire / failure does occur, there are engines and generators at the other end of the ship to provide power and propulsion. The official story that this was the result of a simple engine fire is a LIE. Plain and simple, didn’t and couldn’t happen that way. So how did it happen? The only story that makes any sense is the China Sub and the EMP missle. The EMP would take out all of the electrical systems and leave the ship totally dead in the water, with absolutely no electrical power at all.

Well that depends on the size and strength of the EMP. You might want to think of this like a lightning strike. Although they are very different, some of the same principals apply. Now the bigger, most conductive, structures will be the most vulnerable. Power lines and circuit boards are perfect targets for these weapons. In the case of the Carnival Splendor the switchboards and the diesel generators would be the first casualties along with the ships power lines. If these items absorb most or all of the EMP then items such as cell phones may survive because they are small. If the force of the EMP is not mostly absorbed by these items then smaller conductors may be affected. In this way it is like lightning as the current hits the largest conductors and excess current will find smaller conductors. Now this is a simplistic look at a complex situation, but it gives you the general idea.
