I don’t watch TV, but do listen to the radio. Beck is on in the morning, but Sean not until the afternoon. Beck might have the larger investigative staff.
Hannity is what we used to call “a broken record” back in the days before digital recording.
You speak with great specificity on the subject.
Maybe they’re complying with the Fairness Doctrine before they have to. Interesting that this comes up right when the Senate committee approved a bill about this, IIRC.
Rush was dropped a few years back by the station out of Detroit, they changed to all sports...got picked up real quick by another station. The old station lost lots of listeners and sponsers....stupid move...
1210AM is supposed to have this strong signal. But I have a tough time receiving it in the ‘burbs.I actually got a stronger signal from the station near Pittsburgh a few weeks ago.
990 AM is superior signal.
Why is AM radio so terrible in the east?
He probably got tired of throwing away his millions on the Deadskins, and wanted something else to throw away his money on.
Humidity for one reason.
A bunch of years ago Rush was dropped from one station here in Detroit and immediately picked up by WJR in the noon to 3:00 p.m. timeslot. Now if we could only get WJR to drop the whining liberal know-it-all Mitch Albom who comes on at 5:00 p.m. following the Hannity timeslot of 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., and lasts to who knows when since I turn him off immediately.......
I refer to his show as "Hannity & Rove".
I always have the feeling he spent the 3 previous hours listening to Rush, as he repeats the same concerns in almost exactly the same language.
On the other hand, unlike Rush Sean actually does do interviews. The very best interviewer in talk radio is Hugh Hewitt, though Hugh can't tell a joke to save his life.
I know, I know some Beck fans don't give a damn what I think :)
Interesting, I never thought that would be a factor.
I used to listen to WTTK (?) back when I worked in Marlborough MA - Eagan and Braude were fun to listen to
and Jay Severin was a hoot. Mike B would come on and interview pals of Whitey Bulger and attempt to defend
brother Biily the former UMass Pres. How corrupt.
