U.S. authorities chased WikiLeaks from an American commercial computer network and temporarily stopped the leak of embarrassing diplomatic documents, apparently aided by freelance computer hackers. But within hours, the website was back online, publishing from a fortified bunker in Sweden.

Notice that there was 'no constitutional power' to clamp down on WikiLeaks UNTIL he began to release "secrets of the Left". So now...who's the fascist party?

No constitutional power, unless you have a bit torrent stream on your site.
Then ICE comes and gets you.
