Did you hear Obama’s comments at that graduation ceremony, last spring? He said that the government has been throwing money at schools for years and still White students continue to out perform Blacks and Latinos in tests. Obama said that something must be done about that.
When Obama says that something must be done, he means a leveling of the playing field. He wants an equal outcome, not an equal opportunity. He wants to either move the goal post or change the rules for minority students.
One plan is to make 11th and 12th grades optional, putting low performing students directly into union apprenticeships that would lead to directly to union jobs that usually require some special training and union membership. He is especially interested in putting students into unions of first responders (probably TSA, too, since they will be unionized), as well as trade unions.
Black math is probably math that recognizes a type of dyslexia that involves math, dyscalculia. It means that numbers have no meaning for the student and math is impossible to lean. Students with this particular disability must touch every object in order to count them. The only way around it is to memorize math facts and to use a calculator. You can attempt to ameliorate the condition through early intervention, teaching numbers by dots, instead of numerals, but that only goes so far.
Public schools would be better served by cutting loose students who are not interested in learning.

Lets see here - you take what would be effective action - declare war on a culture that does not value education, and even ostracises those of their own race and background for trying to “get ahead”...and it is deemed racist.
So - you throw $millions at it.... and you fail... why? because you have failed to address the root problem. Shamika Latona Jamia Female’ Jackson, who had her first child at 13 after dropping out of Middle School/Jr. High, and who has been drawing government checks ever since...who doesn’t know her daddy, and who’s own “mother” was pregnant in her teens as well (and living off government programs).
Shamika doesn’t know for sure who her “babby-daddy” is... but it doesn’t really matter - one is a gang-banger who she doesn’t really like much any more. Another...well, she doesn’t really remember his name. But it don’t matter - she get that check every month...
Now - follow that line for a couple of generations and try to change what has become a culture of voluntary slavery.... won’t get you too far.
Establish standards so that just screaming "Whitey's fault!" is not enough, prove it.. also make screaming "Uncle Tom" at black conservatives subject to the hate laws.
My guess is the continuing destruction of black families owing to the lack of fathers. Black women need to be looking for husbands from another race.
So long as the elites have control of the public purse, they can subsidize self-destructive behavior on the part of the mascots. And so long as the elites can send their own children to private schools, they needn’t worry about what happens to the children of the mascots in the public schools.
Other people who cannot afford to send their children to private schools can simply be called “racists” for objecting to what the indulgence of the mascots is doing to the public schools or what the violence of the mascots is doing to other children trapped in the same schools with them.

What excuses do we offer up today? slavery?, economic hardship?, fatherless homes? ‘culture’?, evil whitey? etc, etc...
The sad truth is they (a large percentage) fight education and win. As long as blacks consider education to be a “white” thing they never will improve their skills.
