I don’t dismiss this out of hand at all, despite wondering how a man with the best medical care of any human alive cannot cure this.
Even a mediocre doc can cure most parasites which tells me this is pure crap. If he caught parasites while in Hawaii, they must grow at an astounding rate for him to lose all kinds of weight in less than a month.

If one considers the scuttlebutt about his rampant homosexual behavior in Chicago, that might be quite possible.
