It’s the Kenyan pinworm. They are contracted at birth, taking decades to change from egg, to larvae, to adult. The parasite only exists on the continent of Africa.
Maybe the doctor confused parasites with sperm. This could have happened if the examination came after one of Berry’s down low nights.
Of course this could be a cover story for weight loss caused by a cocaine addiction.

A friend of mine got stomach parasites while on vacation in Cancun. He was staying at the Ritz-Carlton and claims to have only consumed bottled water. He puked for 24 hrs before they took him to get IV fluids and then sent him home. He went to Duke, UNC and Wake Forest to get treated. Six months later, and 40 lbs lighter, he finally was cured.
He said that being laid up off work for six months made him very depressed. A few months ago, he and his wife filed for separation leading to divorce. She is no angel, but she said he had become constantly angry and demanding, even though he was “cured”.
I would never defend BHO (or whatever his name is...), but I do know one data point of the illness.
