"Energy is the capacity to do work." That simple truth from Physics 101 has everything to do with gas prices spiking at the pump as Moammar Gadhafi's war planes bomb Libya's rebel-held oil district and the whole Middle East seethes in unrest. With shaky foreign energy supplies threatening to deepen the worst recession since World War II, why doesn't America protect its capacity to do work by drilling for more oil and gas here at home? Simple truth from Politics 101: Big Green's extreme anti-energy ideology permeates the Obama administration.

Dan Kish, senior vice president for policy at the D.C.-based Institute for Energy Research, told me, "The Obama administration is deliberately embargoing our own domestic energy from us, from Americans.

He and his agency heads all believe in the politics of scarcity -- force society to live with less. The most anti-energy interior secretary in history is Obama's Ken Salazar -- who is also presently in contempt of court for withholding deepwater Gulf of Mexico oil drilling permits."

Department of the Interior Secretary Salazar, a former U.S. senator from Colorado well practiced in Washington's pretended niceties, wields power with self-assured arrogance that needs no bluster. Two days before Christmas last year, he issued Secretarial Order 3310, in which through bureaucratic fiat he created a new category of off-limits federal property that he calls "Wild Lands."

House Natural Resources Committee Chairman Rep. Doc Hastings, R-Wash., held a hearing last week to criticize Salazar's end-run around congressional authorization and the Wild Lands order's adverse impact on jobs and economic growth. Hastings was clearly furious, ending his opening statement with, "This administration should be on notice that unilateral decisions and orders to impose restrictive, job-destroying policies will be met with firm resistance."

$30 billion/year to say “NO”. That’s the Department of Energy’s budget and that’s all they do. No oil, no gas, no coal, no shale, no seep water drilling, no nuclear, no refineries, no power plants, no wind, no solar - that is their “accomplishments” since its formation.

We are MORE dependent on foreign supplies from MORE unstable regimes (see Libya, Venezuela, Mexico, etc.) than ever. Department of Energy is a criminal conspiracy to destroy the economy.

One of the backlashes is that people feeling the pain of higher gas prices, the pain over the failed economy, the pain of losing their jobs, losing their homes, problems in the middle east, that people will get tried of being labeled by the MSM and liberals of being tar and feathered of being called " a Racist ".

We will have people stand up to these race hustlers and tell them to shut up and sit down.

Our current energy policy reflects Obama’s desire to level the playing field on the world stage. Since it is impossible to lift the rest of the world up to America standard of living, the only recourse is to lower American standard of living to meet that of the rest of the world. This is the overall impetus of his Presidency.

Of Course we found out due to Becks Show that Now Head Advisor and Close Personal Friend of Obama and Former Slum Lord in Chicago Valerie Jarrett that they had been watching Jones Work for some time and were happy to have him in the White Hut.
Of Course all the other ties Of George Soros,Bill Ayers ,David Stern of SEIU etc.etc. etc.NONE OF WHICH are addressed at all just cast aside as the Rantings of a Nut,what else can you expesct from The Paper that has all the News Thats Fit to Print or is it The Paper Of Record?

It’s funny how you can see it and even a dumbass like me can see it and yet the destruction wrought by the Obama Regime seems to escape the understanding of some of the most intelligent minds in America, many of whom slog along acting like we are just dealing with garden variety politics as usual.

"Wild Lands" should be redefined to be uninhabitable land that is of absolutely no commercial use to anyone. That would restrict it a few mountaintops and some remote wasteland.

To this day, I am appalled, simply appalled that this country ostensibly elected someone who was chums with someone like Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn and “Reverend” Wright.
