Racial diversity?
Silly me.
I thought folks were hired for talent.
But then again, after watching the Obamaloon for two years...obviously not.

I think society and Major League Baseball has a duty to immediately go on the street and sign any and all black men, women or children to major league contracts until that number is in line to what society and social justice demands. They also need to make sure their quota of 57 year old Slovenian shortstops is also met.

Basketball and football players generally go from college to pros while baseball players usually spend time in the minors, too.

And how about the NBA? I’d say 9% of the players there are whiteys. Are these race pimps calling them out too?

The percentage of black players in the major leagues dropped again on Opening Day this year even as the sport again received a top overall grade for racial diversity.

Do they keep the same statistics in basketball?
Blacks are 20% of the population. How come there are so many black players?

American blacks don’t grow up playing baseball anymore.

A Latin baseball player isn’t Black even if his skin is dark according to MLB.
To: ConservativeStatement
I’ll care when they care white players in the NFL and NBA are terribly under-represented.
Color quota arguments are so stupid and ridiculous.

The percentage goes higher if you count in the Latin players, especially from the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Venezuela, most of whom are Black also. It has always puzzled me that there are so many MLB players from the Dominican Republic and almost none from Haiti. Anyone explain that?
