Gingrich never had a realistic shot at the nomination, and he knows that. Why he’s running is unclear, but the likelihood is that he has some things he wants to say, and wants the biggest possible stage on which to say them. Gingrich has been a “third way” type for at least 15 years now. He may have been a movement conservative once, but hasn’t been for a long time.

The smart money says Sarah Palin won't run in 2012

The "smart money" said outsourcing, offshoring, foreign visa workers, and open borders, etc., would be beneficial to the US economy. The national debt has boomed to $15 Trillion, and the looming economic collapse is looking to be the New Dark Age.

The "smart money" should be hanged, no less.

“Noone will care about her facebook or tweets.”

Using those 2 stupid mediums is the only thing I have against her.

I can’t wait to vote for Sarah Palin...

...she pisses off all the right people.

Well said. To me, this is an excellent indicator of Palin's viability as a GOP candidate.

The media, as well as establishment elites in both parties, attack her with such tireless energy, they are obviously terrified of her running.

I was born in 1965, and in my lifetime, experience and recollection, the only other person who even came close to eliciting such transparent and abject fear in the Establishment was Ronald Reagan. That's a very good sign.

Please run, Sarah...

I was born in 1940 and, in my lifetime, there have been only three such critters: Ronald Reagan, Barry Goldwater and Sarah Palin.

If the media, the liberals and the Washington establishment fear and loathe a given person, odds are they'd make a good President.

So you say, the results are the results, both lost.

This needs to be in bold print:

It’s all a bunch of wishful thinking and nonsense by liberals and GOP hacks who have NO understanding of Governor Palin’s character, strength, and motivations.

Well said.

Go Sarah
