She is very lucky to be alive. The problem is that some men take it as an invitation to have sex when they get a girl to go to their room. It’s just understood by them. Who is going to tell these innocent girls not to go anyplace private with someone you don’t know?
women outnumber men in college. men have no shortage of females willing to “hook up” without strings. (and he couldn’t have been too repulsive, if she was willing to meet with him again the next day...)
...false accusations, are much more common than most people think. many false cases are discovered quickly. but FBI stats show almost 25% of cases that get as far as DNA testing are false.

“Maybe she’s telling the truth, or maybe she’s a loon trying to sell her two books on “Bad Dates.”
He “forced her” to perform oral sex on him and she called the cops eight days later. Then she filed a “Jane Doe” lawsuit and issued a press release, with her resume, bravely announcing that she was outing herself as Jane Doe. “
Having looked at her blog & picture, perhaps the date went something like: She pulled a gun and tried to “forced him” to perform oral sex on her. He suggested she shoot him instead.

Hyperbole.
The report says Floyd asked the victim questions that were "sexual in nature," and which made her uncomfortable.
If we can believe his "sexual questions" made her uncomfortable, she's stupid for having agreed to meet him even once let alone going to his place on the second date.
Or she could be lying. It may not have been the encounter of her dreams. She may have felt adventurous and had regrets.
Hopefully justice will be done in this case. There have simply been too many false rape claims to just blindly accept any woman's version of events without due process.
