I have believed in her from the beginning, and have the upmost respect for this woman who has put her life on hold- and in danger, to get Obama.

If ever there was a perfect time for the whole birther issue to erupt, this is it. And considering recent events, I’m thinking there may be a lot more people receptive to the idea.
You would think that if Taitz had really gotten a federal judge to issue an order she prepared, that WND would see fit to link to an image of the order with the judge’s signature on it. The one this article links to is unsigned.
IIRC there was another article about a month ago in which Taitz made a similar claim concerning a court order and again it was signed by a court clerk and not the judge.
So many well-intentioned FReepers continue to see this as a non-issue. Yet the fact that the Hawaii Health Department refuses to release the very same documents that Obama himself ostensibly released, tells me there just might be a lot of fire behind all that smoke....
If it were a non-issue, Hawaii DOH would simply turn over the records, without needing to be subpoenaed. WTF?
The title is actually incorrect as a matter of law.
The court, factually, did not order “Hawaii officials to explain Obama’s birth records”.
The court ordered Hawaii officials to EXPLAIN (”show cause”) WHY THEY DO NOT HAVE TO SHOW Orly Taitz the actual, physical official Hawaii records regarding Obama’s birth.
Even if this judge did not, in this next hearing, buy the reasoning of the Hawaii officials, those officials could still refuse to show Orly Taitz the documents and appeal to a higher court.

Judith L. Corley of the Perkins Cole law firm wrote to Loretta J. Fuddy of the Hawaii Department of Health on April 22, 2011 on behalf of Mr. Obama requesting certified copies of his actual birth certificate. In it she stated she was representing Mr. Obama and was requesting copies of his actual birth certificate which “would allow my client to make a certified copy of his original birth certificate publicly available....”
The stated purpose of the request was to make the birth certificate “publicly available” and Fuddy, in complying, was acknowledging that it would be made publicly available. There can be no doubt that Mr. Obama has waived his right of privacy in this matter.

I have always thought Orly was a little kooky but I have never once thought ill of her tenacity, bravery. I applaud her for her service to this country. Sadly, it takes a (former) immigrant Communist to know a immigrant Communist. She knows what they/it can do to a society.
