An abstracted copy is not even legally valid to get a drivers license or a passport.
Do a google search on “abstracted copy” and birth certificate to find out what it is and is not. It's a real eye opener on how bad we have been had and how in the tank the media is for Obama. All any reporter had to do was a simple web search to discover that an abstracted copy is meaningless.

In order to comply with the order to compel, the state of Hawaii would have to produce all of the documents they relied on to produce the abstract.
I suspect that that is part of the issue.
FWIW, an Abstracted Copy, ie “short form birth certificate” is not valid to legally obtain a passport or drivers license.
