OK...thanks for the heads up...I am sorry...but after being bashed and bashing back...I got carried away with it...I know it’s not a classic boom town...I know the classic boom towns...my little Grandmother was very intuitive and told me a certain small town would soon be a boom town...now that did happen and it was a classic...

The traffic starts building around 4 a.m. and doesn’t let up until around midnight. And park and ride? Most lots are in flood plains and Houston has poor drainage. If you car isn’t flooded while you are at work the sun will destroy your paint job; assuming your car hasn’t been stolen.
Ain’t it the truth about all the Perry bashers! Sure hope they find something else to do. You would think they’re mostly paulistas, but many are Palin and Bachmann folks, which is sure out of character for the two Ladies, but obvioulsy not their die-hard supporters.

You know it doesn’t matter...bottom line are jobs and the economy...that’ll put Perry in the WH...so let ‘em scream all they want...it’ll not stop the Perry surge...he’s got a very fine record on what today is important to Americans...jobs, and the economy...it may just end up being a Perry/Palin ticket...Perry has some huge money backers...throughout the USA...Palin does not...no matter how many conservatives prefer her over Perry...the moderates and indies...can’t stand her...but they love Rick Perry.......
The traffic I experience doesn’t start building until 6 AM. It takes me about 35-40 minutes, with no traffic (after 6:30-7:00 PM), to drive home. In “rush hour” (between 4:30 and 6:30 PM), it takes me between 45 minutes and an hour. Yes, that’s an extra 15 minutes every day wasting gas as my 5.4L V8 engine idles as I sit on the “freeways”. But that is worth it, to me, to live in the boonies.
Houston has poor drainage? Seriously? I’ve lived in Pasadena, Clear Lake, West Houston, the Galleria area, and now in unincorporated county. The last time I was flooded in was during Hurricane Alicia in the 80’s. I lived in West Houston (Beltway/Briarforest) area during TS Allison, and STILL made it to work, off 290 & Beltway.
