Cripes, the dog was 13 years old when she died. Sad to lose a pet when they seem like part of the family but people have to be realistic.

They got the dog in '94. The dog was 13 when it died...and had all kinds of problems....for years.

Mom was taking the dog to a Vet school...and I'm not sure why not a reg vet.

She sure put the dog through hell...for years. Sorry...pretty cruel in my mind.

Says they had attorney fees of more than the $28,000 they were asking for. I would say they're not too bright...and that includes how you treat a very sick dog.

The dog was obviously dying when she brought it to the VET SCHOOL the last time. Bet they know someone at the school & the attorney is a personal friend also. He knows he's not going to get paid.

Due to a paperwork oversight by the original owner and failure of the city to check microchip contact info, a 7-yr old runaway golden Lab in ABQ was adopted out to a new owner who now will not return her to the original owner who had her since she was a puppy. The new owner says “no way in hell” will she return the dog.
