Does anyone know why UCMJ with regard to timeliness of trial does not apply to this pathetic tool or Major Nidal Hasan? Since when does a court martial require three years to prosecute?
Manning is the icon for why fags should never be admitted to the military. He was there to undermine the military just like all queers.
The military doesn’t execute, so I reckon he will be spending the rest of his natural (or unnatural, as the case may be) life in the Disciplinary Barracks of Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
It is unlikely that he will be allowed to wear the bright orange jumpsuits of trustees who perform maintenance around post, because he has offended too many government agencies.
As I always understood it the timeliness refers to when charges are proferred and when the trial must start. Once they enter trial the lawyers can argue forever and a day with no impact to timeliness.
What the heck is the outfit he is wearing. What branch of the service is he in?
