Many on here think that Obama is a Muslim. I do not. I consider him to be an ATHEIST. He has no concept of faith or religion.

I just now see that you beat me to it, but as for Ruvrund Wrong’s “God damn America” joint, it is not a church, but a temple of hate.

I didn’t attend church either.
It really doesn’t mean anything.
Having said that, it’s Obama’s love of islam that is chilling, not his attendance at a building.

this protestant’s church had 3 services Christmas Eve and one on Christmas day - all standing room only.

One of the reasons that I stopped being a Baptist was the lack of observance of a traditional church calendar, the lack of regular Lord’s Supper, the disorganized worship services, and finally the sermons. Too many sermons, sermons too long, and the preacher who could never work himself around to holding communion because he could never shut up.

Correct. Vigil Masses celebrated earlier on Christmas Eve also fulfill the obligation, but they are not nearly as beautiful as the Midnight Mass. There’s nothing sweeter than humming baby Jesus to sleep to the tune of Silent Night by candle light.
