JOHANNESBURG — A video purported to be by Somalia's al-Qaida-linked rebel group al-Shabab urged Muslims to attack shopping malls in the U.S., Canada, Britain and other Western countries.
In the video, released late Saturday, the extremist group again said its September 2013 attack on the Westgate Mall in Nairobi, Kenya, was in reprisal for Kenyan military involvement in Somalia. Sixty-seven people died in the attack. The video, using footage from major news organizations, showed the assault on the mall.
The masked narrator of the 76-minute video warned of more attacks in Kenya and concluded by calling on Muslims to attack shopping malls, specifically mentioning the Mall of America in Minnesota, the West Edmonton Mall in Canada and the Westfield mall in Stratford, England.

Years ago a friend of mine was in a movie theatre in the afternoon. There were about 20 middle east guys there and they were pacing out the exits, running from the front to the back of the theatre, doing all kinds of drills. My friend and her mother left the theatre, as it was pretty scary.
Shopping malls and movie theatres are their targets.
And so the circle of American stupidity is completed.

Minneapolis has a large Somali community and some of their members have already been recruited for training in Somalia so a possible terrorist attack on the Mall of America is a no brainer.

retaliation because the last bank here that permitted transfers back to Somalia stopped allowing them. This proves the money being sent back wasn’t just for families but went to fund terrorists.
And worse, their recruitment efforts may be paying off. The fresh-faced all-American youth you see in mall may have already been turned - only a very few of them, to be sure, but enough so that a major plant can be in a wide number of places, all timed out to have a simultaneous hit.

Actually, Islamic Terrorism came to America in a big way with the 1993 World Trade Center bombings! That’s almost TWENTY-FIVE YEARS AGO!!

Steven Emerson also was testifying before Congress in the late 1990s about Islamic Terrorism. I remember that ... and also remember reading Osama bin Ladin’s “Declaration of War” (a written Islamic justification of war against America) back in 1998. Most people were LAUGHING about it!! But Steven Emerson wasn’t and I wasn’t.
Back at the end of the year in 1999, and in 2000 I was posting on Free Republic about Steven Emerson and his “Terrorists Among Us: Jihad in America”. Most people were just “ho-hum” about it. It’s too bad I can’t get those articles on Free Republic from back then, or I would link them here!

Everyone life fed to carry a weapon had better be trained and ready.Because one day that weapon may be the only thing that determines whether you will live or die in one of these terror attacks.
The way I see it its way past time that we start terrorizing these terrorist.
This was an obvious threat even before Tom Clancy wrote about it 10 years ago.
