Up yours Brown! I've been a California resident since 1967 and we've yet to build storage facilties (i.e....resevoirs) since. Eff the EPA...build the goddamn resevoirs already!

How do they define “Long” showers?

for that matter to visit either. There are some really beautiful places outside LA, San Fransicko.
The Giant Sequoia's are a must see, Yosemite, another must see. Even Napa Valley is really something.
A nice place to visit for a week or two. I cannot imagine living there, though. The taxes, the regulations, are as bad or worse than NY.

When liberals are in charge, emotion rules. Hardly anything works as planned.
Just as California suffered gas shortages several years ago by cause libs tbere only allowed 2 pipelines into the state, California now suffers from poor to nonexistent water planning due to ineptitude and environmental restraints. This is self inflicted. Let them drink beer instead.
