Fighting the **constant** nagging hunger 24/7 over those years has been a walk through hell.

When you have that nagging hunger, it usually means you did not eat enough protein at the previous meal.

I made this one change and it got rid of the hunger between meals, while still losing weight.

I added 100 calories of protein, like a slice of cheese or a small yogurt at the meal and it was just enough.

For social events I head over to the fruits and vegetables and fill up there first, then I add some protein. Then after that I might take a sliver of cake.

Normally thin people are not doing any of that.

Those struggling with a hunger disorder have “strategies”.I have my strategies, too. If I didn't, I wouldn't have been one of the 5% who lose weight and manage to stay within the normal weight range for their height.

Personally,...I am very encouraged by the work being done on gut bacteria. Finally! There may soon be a low cost and non-invasive treatment to correct the problem.
