If the House of Representatives don’t fund it, there is nothing Obama can do; at least legally.
He didn’t move to defund it when the gop-e had all three....what makes us think he will do so IF the gop-e wins in 2016 and holds the Congress.
He makes it sound like a bill to defund them won’t pass, when really its the opposite. You just don’t include them in the budget.
