Within weeks many of you will be looking across just hundreds of feet of water at some of the most modern technology ever invented in America. Unfortunately, it is on Soviet ships.

Almost 70 percent of the present Soviet merchant fleet has been built outside the Soviet Union. This has released Soviet shipyards and materials for Soviet naval construction. All diesel engines in Soviet ships use a technology originating outside the Soviet Union.
The Soviets provided 80 percent of the supplies for the North during the war in Vietnam. Most of these supplies were transported by merchant ship.

Illegal Actions by ... U.S. State Department not only had the knowledge and the capability to stop the technological transfers which generated the vehicles used, but was required by law to ensure that the technology was not passed to the Soviets. In other words, there would have been no Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962, no supply of the Vietnamese War and no wars of liberation in Africa and Central America if State Department had followed Congressional instructions and carried out the job it is paid to do.
...
the Soviets had no indigenous military transport technology: neither motor vehicles nor marine diesel engines. Yet about 80 percent of the weapons and supplies for the North Vietnamese were transported by some means from the Soviet Union.
...
that if the State and Commerce Departments, in the 1950s and 1960s, had consistently enforced the legislation passed by Congress in 1949, the Soviets would not have had the ability to supply the Vietnamese War - and 50,000 more Americans and countless Vietnamese would be alive today.

More likely they would have simply developed an indigenous production capability, thereby depriving us of a short hair to grab them by in the event of a conflict.

There, UPDATED IT..........................
How is this relevant to what is happening today? The Soviet Union is long gone. Now we have a situation wherein Putin is backing Assad and fighting ISIS. Our “ally”, the KSA, is backing ISIS. We’re either supplying ISIS, fighting it, or ignoring it, depending upon whose claims you believe.
I’d say just let Putin bomb the crap out of them, and stay out of the way, we’ve lost enough good people there.
Point?
Bankers have been using The Mandrake Mechanism ( and how the Federal Reserve Creates Money ) for a long time by loaning money to both sides during a war.
One example of many : JP Morgan, Rockefeller, and pals needed Woodrow Wilson to drag the USA get into WW1.

Seems like the same game today as when the Council on Foreign Relation was dominated by JP Morgan , the Rockefellers, and their pals during the Bolshevik revolution. They used their connections to Trotsky and Lenin to their mutal benefit.
Earlier, Cecil Rhodes and pals used the Rothschild formula in their Round Table. For the same reason: money and power.
Happy Arab Spring, Maiden Democracy, and Occupy anything to ya.
Faschist=Fascist
In 1967, while LB Johnson was campaigning for yet more “peaceful trade” with the Soviet Union, Soviet ships previously supplied by our allies as “peaceful trade” were carrying weapons to Haiphong to kill Americans
As to their Arab Spring ... Sidney Blumenthal and Hillary planned to profit with a new Libyan government / Islamic Caliphate that would exist only after a successful U.S. illegal war that murdered Moammar Gadhafi.

...Rope sellers... kinda like the Chamber of Commerce on illegals....
True.
In 2014, while Barack Hussein Obama, supporting an illegal, violent coup in Ukraine, campaigned for and imposed sanctions on Russians, US ships built with American taxpayer funds, were carrying weapons to Libyan Islamic terrorists to kill American military, civilians and Ambassadors in Libya and several Middle East nations.
We have been propping up the Russian bear for 90 years.
Why stop now?
the Rothschild formula .

No nation can be allowed to remain militarily stronger than its adversaries, for that could lead to peace and a reduction of debt. To accomplish this balance of power, it may be necessary to finance both side of the conflict. Unless one of the combatants is hostile to our interests and, therefore, must be destroyed, neither side should be allowed a decisive victory or defeat. While we must always proclaim the virtues of peace, the unspoken objective is perpetual war.

It’s all in the phone calls before the bond auction.
Thank you.
The Russians can’t keep fighter jets flying missions because of lack of parts and maintenance needed. Ships require the same or the turbine oil lubricating line gaskets blow. Just one example because I’m from a mechanical background, I imagine the electronic elements require maintenance as well. Just because it floats doesn’t mean it will be effective. In that case it becomes nothing more than a target. A weak one at that.
