California Prop 47 released 4,000 prisoners due to "crowded" prison conditions. LA crime is up nearly 30%. Coincidence? Of course. There's no Cause and Effect in the fevered liberal mind.
Not to worry...these are "non-violent" offenders who won't harm you while stealing your property to get a fix.

We can solve our drug problem by legalizing drugs.
We can solve economic un-equality by robbing productive folks to enrich po folk.
We can solve Israel’s Pali problem by forcing more Israeli concessions.
