That’s the way the Israeli IDF counter terrorism troops shoot in urban settings. Two to the groin and one to the head. They use Ruger 22/10’s for their rifle.

I highly recommend “Secrets if the Quran” by Don Richardson. He only uses Islamic sources to expose it for what it is.
