As a newly minted Trump supporter, I too share hawkaw’s concern that big rallies don’t always translate to ballot-box success. I was dismayed when seeing obama win after all those large energetic hopeful Romney rallies. Same thing with Palin’s rallies in 2008.

I think it’s good to manage expectations.

Why are you comparing Trump supporters to The First “Lady”?

No one deserves that.

CRUZ/TRUMP 51%

Some may wish we could have both, but we only get to choose one. Soon. The right one. And one of them is a lot righter than the other.

Romney had all of 15 major rallies. Trump has already surpassed 50. Apples and Oranges.

Cruz is simply the flavor of the month in the
media’s ‘anyone but Trump’ campaign.

*******************

Maybe but you want to be the flavor of the month as
you approach caucus day.

Thanks for the detailed analysis! The army of Cruz volunteers converging on Iowa pledge to do their very best to exceed all expectations on caucus night.

Yep, lots of labor union busses and all!

Yeah that's the ticket Trump busses them into his rallies.

Prior to every debate, a poll comes out that is against Trump. And then they move that person closer to Trump on the stage.

Huge Cruz fan, but they wouldn’t give him any questions last debate. Now they will move him closer to Trump and every question will try to get Trump and Cruz to bash each other. Hopefully Trump and Cruz ignore the premise of the questions and BASH the Democrats instead. John Kashich is only not he stage to take Trump down. They rarely give Cruz questions. Now they HAVE to give Cruz lots of questions… LOL so those of us who are fans of both are hoping they turn the tables on the media and do not go after each other.

Instead they need to go after the Left. And Kasich should not be allowed on the stage. He is not worthy of anyones time. Kashich is a liberal plan working with the Democrat media who is allowed to run these debates.

Also look for everyone to praise Christie. Hugh Hewitt will be on the panel and is already praising Christie. They want to make Christie look good and they want to use Cruz to take out Trump.

Iowa has had much bigger rallies than the 3,000 or so last night. I think Trump has had bigger crowds in Iowa earlier this year.

It’s not a knock on Trump. It’s the way the venue was set up and it was packed.

Why are you cheering for both? Cheer for Cruz. Trump is a lousy candidate and a bad risk.

.
>> “ I think you know what happened.” <<

.
The MSM shredded the votes and inserted Obingo.

The congressional side of the election shows that to be so.

Des Moines Register=DMR

Drudge was wrong with the numbers. Cruz has 31 and Trump has 21.
