The Mall of America in Minnesota is seeking a restraining order against the Black Lives Matter terrorist group. The radical Democrat-supported group is planning a massive rally in the Mall of America on Wednesday.
Black Lives Matter activists protests the death of Jamar Clark in Minnesota.
** A local children's choir canceled their trip to mall after the protest was announced.
The Mall is private property and does not allow protests. The Star-Tribune reported:
" The Mall of America is taking legal action in an attempt to prevent a protest by the Minneapolis chapter of Black Lives Matter.
The group says it will rally at the mall Wednesday to protest the fatal shooting of Jamar Clark, a 24-year-old black man who died after he was shot by Minneapolis police last month. But the mall is private property and doesn't allow protests.

I wonder if a judge will have the courage to OK this restraining order?
Why are they considered a terrorist group? Do they believe in the Constitution or something? Are they advocating for limited government? Inquiring minds want to know!

My first thought was, "Do they have a permit?"
But, when I read a little further down, I see that the Mall does not permit these types of gatherings. Certianly not during the Christmas shopping season. The Children's Choir having to cancel their Christmas concert is sad; but, I understand why -- for safety reasons.
Do these jerks really think that messing up someone's Christmas shopping is going to garner them any sympathy or support? Idiots.

Same as restraining orders- problem is that cops arrive after the damage is done.
Mr Gray beat up a woman. The paramedics came. Mr Gray started beting them. The Police came. Mr Gray started beating a cop. grabbed for the cops gun.
After shot, Police put handcuffs on Mr. Gray. A few days later he dies.
A witness saw the hand cuffs, said Mr Gray was shot while hand cuffed. I believe the witness was a 10 yo boy out at 1:35 am.

These thugs protested there last year and many got arrested. A judge recently threw out the charges against them saying the mall is “quasi public”. place and protests must be allowed. It emboldened these thugs to do it again.
