Yes it is a trap and I agree with you all.

But it is a better trap than I expected from Obama

Also approved drivers licenses for illegals, embraced obamacare, expanded Medicaid, largest tax increase in stae history. Supported by TEA Party and stabbed them in the back.

They’re all statists. And the problem is statism. Conservative pundits and bloggers and those who should know better should begin identifying statism as the problem. We have allowed them to define this false dichotomy of liberals vs. conservatives, Democrats vs. Republicans. History is the struggle between liberty (individualism) vs. power (statism). It serves their purposes and we have allowed them to get away with it through intellectual laziness and, of course, cowardice. All liberals and about 80% of self-identified conservatives are statists to the core. Only liberals are upfront about it. Conservatives mouth all the right pieties about limited government but love big government and big budgets. And FOX and most alternative media go right along with it. I really think they just don’t know any better. We, the PJ media, should identify the problem as
statism (belief in and love of big government), and call it what it is-—mankind’s worst invention and the god that failed.

In the meantime, republicans should tell Obama if he wants someone confirmed to the high bench, only Judge Janice Rogers Brown will pass muster.

A SCOTUS appointment is more important than Hillary’s email scandal.

I would let the president know that we will take longer to formerly have a confirmation hearing than it will for his DOJ to make it’s conclusions on Hillary.

Kick the ball right back in his court.

"Only Ronald Reagan is the person I really felt great voting for"

I voted for Thomas Jefferson in the last election (as a write-in)... I'm feel pretty good about that.

Nope, Joe Biden rule in effect.

According to Joe Biden the “fate of the Republic” rest on not allowing Judicial votes in election years.

If it was good enough justification to block a vote according to both Obama and Biden when a Republican was in the White House, it good enough now that the shoe is on the other foot.
