I've only recently become a Trump supporter. I was leaning toward Cruz, but couldn't go with him when he decided to collude with the GOPe, fully knowing (I have to imagine) that there wasn't a snowball's chance in Hell they would pick him in a contested convention. It's obvious that the GOP has decided to self destruct. Their disregard for conservatives and their complete disdain for the middle and working class has turned my stomach.
I've turned in my membership. I'm finished for good with the Republican Party. I've decided to go Independant from this point forward, and I've gotten to,wondering...
...how many folks here have moved out too?

Trump bolsters his credentials with both the party insiders and conservative voters.
Cruz is a young running mate for a guy who will probably lose interest in the job after six months -- so he certainly won't be running for a second term.
So running a real business means you go bankrupt. I think that short bus is coming for you.
Once again the country is “importing” a presidential candidate, this time from Canada — We must really be in decline that we can not produce a true American to lead our country — got to let another country “export” one to us. Two imported presidents in a row and we’re toast. The demographics in this country has changed so much that it’s no longer America and we are a dying economy being bleed down to nothing.

Yup! Not a glorious win for Cruz the supposedly anti-Washington DC cabal candidate. The left/GOPe/media will drop the other shoe on his infidelity scandal and that will be all she wrote. Me? I will hunker down and go John Galt.
