There are several resident status classifications in the United States: natural born citizen, naturalized citizen, diplomatic immunity, temporary resident (on a visa), lawful permanent resident (green card holder), and illegal alien. Ted Cruz isn't the child of diplomats, and he was never naturalized as a citizen.
So either he is an illegal alien or a natural born citizen. There is no middle ground. If you don't believe he is a natural born citizen, then you believe there is an illegal alien serving in the U.S. Senate. There is no middle ground. You should immediately call for his deportation.
The Constitution gives explicit power to the Congress to determine citizenship and border enforcement. Since the Constitution never defines explicitly what natural born citizen means, that means beginning with the 1790 Naturalization Act Congress has been defining it — which the Constitution gives Congress the power to do.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court upheld Judge Pellegrini’s ruling and New Jersey Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno accepted Administrative Law Judge Masin’s Advisory Opinion. She could have rejected it and barred Ted Cruz from the New Jersey Primary ballot.

Since Masin said he hadn’t read the briefs I think there would have to be judicial review.
Masin’s opinion was advisory for the Lieutenant Governor. It is her ruling that will be appealed.

Correct. It only reflects how those particular states will proceed from this point forward, unless reversed on appeal.
Robert's only real ability to wield power is when the vote is within the margin of error. When it's heavily lopsided, Roberts might as well just apply the law as clearly as he can see it, for all the good it will do.
When Roberts can help Obama, Roberts helps Obama, and i'm convinced it is because of what Obama represents in Robert's mind, and not because Roberts is applying the law correctly.

Well he writes for Mark Levins' Cruz super PAC so yes he is an idiot, just like his boss. And Ted Cruz was naturalized by the 1934 Naturalization act and follow on legislation. If an act of Congress makes you a citizen you are a naturalized citizen.

Here’s a link to a detailed analysis of Roberts’ complete voting record. It turns out that he ranks second only to Scalia in conservatism, beating out Alito and Thomas and of course Kennedy is the least conservative of the Justices nominated by Republican Presidents.
Roberts has a lifetime Segal-Cover rating of 12 where 0 is extreme conservatism and 100 is extreme liberalism.

Article 3 of the Constitution clearly states that “judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;—to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;—to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;—to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;—to Controversies between two or more States;—between a State and Citizens of another State;—between Citizens of different States;—between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.”
The Courts get to resolve ALL “cases and controversies” arising under the Constitution.
If you don’t like it, move somewhere else.
