Trump’s whining is a well thought out tactic that is opening the eyes of the voters, which NEED to be opened.

That's exactly it. The whining is just a tactic. Trump's team should have know all the rules and are without excuse.

If the people don't like obtuse ballot listings in Pennsylvania, then they need to show up at the conventions, call attention to it, and vote to change it.

So, Trump delegates have become voting delegates to the state convention, but you think that not many of them met the ballot deadline to go to the national convention?

Some Trump supporters were elected as state delegates. I think very few of the rookies state delegates put their name in on time to be considered a candidate for election as a national delegate.

Whew...go look at his past comments. They’re 100% attacks on Trump supporters. Sounds really angry about something, perhaps he’s a Kasich guy.

Funny response from a supposed "Conservative" with conservative values, etc. It's usually the honesyt people that get taken to the cleaners by the low-lifes and it would seem that Cruz has teemed with the establishment in order to try to rig as much as possible - any idea of how much money has changed hands via Cruz donors to persuade all these delegates to jump ship? Cruz is beholden (owned) because of what it takes for him to have a chance to stop Trump - because Cruz has no path for actually winning, just being selected.

Some champion of the People and it looks like many of his supporters also have flexible "principles".

Show us PROOF of anything Cruz has “rigged”.

Show us PROOF of Cruz paying off ANY delegates.

(Note: the video with $5 and the kids drawing has already been debunked)

I am a State Delegate in AZ and am running for national as a Trump Delegate. Mr. Trump won in my County by over 67% margin, a near landslide in my opinion. I am an elected official. I will represent the will of the people at the National Convention because that is the way it should be. Your vote at the National Convention is public record. I will not betray my constituents. That all being said, I think AZ will end up with a mostly Cruz slate that will betray the public’s wishes on the second ballot. I will let you all know on Saturday, after the State Convention.

You are very wrong about that. They were showing up to the County conventions and getting their names on the ballot. HOWEVER, there are enough Cruz supporters who are Party stalwarts that they won’t be needed. This isn’t like it was with Ron Paul when his supporters were all newbies. It’s going to be a very interesting election on Saturday.

Of course. On FR, Cruz supporters are Cruztards and Trump supporters are Trumptards. It’s like we’re back on the playground in elementary school.

I live in AZ. I would be nice to see a map of committed delegates in AZ and which ones are committed to Trump, since that’s what I thought the election earlier this month was about, and validate what the AZGOP is planning to do about it. If I go to the convention I want to go armed with the truth of what is really going on.

Are you going to the State Convention on Saturday?

I’m in northern AZ and a Trump supporter but not a delegate. What possible good can I do at this point by going to the convention on Saturday if it’s too late to become a delegate?

I hope you go! I’m going. I was a Trump volunteer and made phone calls for 2 days/17 hours. They sent me an e-mail to become a delegate. I declined because the rules said you had to support the GOP nominee, whoever it was, and I just didn’t have the stomach or insight for that, so I declined. They meant- whoever was on the second or third ballots too.

Give me a ping later in the week, and we can meet up at the Convention.

You can become educated first hand, emboldened, be the eyes that watch over the goings on, and report back to friendly lines what the hell went on. And you can meet up with other freepers that are there. How about that?

I’m going.

Who’s with me?

Show us PROOF of Cruz paying off ANY delegates.

Never said he paid them - said his big money supporters (who have no limits put on them for such "business") have been helping to persuade them. "The "system/rules" say that money can be spent - do you believe it isn't being spent?

I say I know all 13 Colorado Delegates and nobody is paying them anything.

The Cruz slates are there out of conviction.

There is no evidence that any delegate has been “flipped” due to “payoff” by anybody.

So it really won’t do me or Trump much good to travel six hours round trip to go to this convention without being a delegate?

If not, can you tell me and the rest of us what happened and what we can do about it if this apparent corruption prevails?

Thanks.

Bookmark.

Also, a question.

Do you think this call for others not having previously registered as delegates to attend the AZ convention on April 30th is something worth considering? I mean, is the expectation of this call for action to get thousands to appear with signs, and in your opinion would that make any difference to the process? I somehow doubt it would. And I definitely cannot bear the cost of being a delegate, or I would have signed up already. I’ll consider showing up in Mesa next Saturday if a large presence would have some potential impact. But my wife thinks it prudent to avoid going there. Any thoughts?
