Report: Google Search Bias Protecting Hillary Clinton Confirmed in Experiment
Breitbart ^ | 13 Sep 2016 | Jack Hadfield

Posted on 09/13/2016 8:19:55 AM PDT by detective

In a report published by Sputnik News, psychologist Robert Epstein reveals evidence that Google is manipulating search results related to Hillary Clinton that may “shift as many as 3 million votes” in the upcoming presidential election.

Earlier this year, Matt Lieberman of Sourcefed published a video that claimed Google’s autocomplete suggestions were biased in favour of Clinton. The video went viral, with an abridged version of it being viewed over 25 million times on Facebook.

Epstein set out with his colleagues at the American Institute for Behavioral Research (AIBRT) to investigate the claims. They concluded that whilst the investigation is ongoing, their report “generally supports” Lieberman’s video.

Google is conspiring with the Clinton campaign to suppress the truth.

Google needs to be put under a board of supervisors similar to the FCC.

They are too powerful, and that power needs to be taken away from them and be held accountable to the people of the United States.

You think that would be less biased?

Gee they must be really confident that Trump won’t be elected.

I don’t think he will forget this.

Google thinks they’re invincible, but they’re not.

Remember how they tried to do their IPO without going through Wall Street? They had to walk that back once reality intruded.

Well, they are a private corporation. I don't know that Federalizing them is a very Conservative idea.

Democrat Party corruption has expanded to a heretofore unimaginable scale.

I use Bing as well, it is a better search engine.

Me too.

I sometimes pop in at Google out of curiousity. I was surprised today that its autocomplete serves up “Parkinson’s” if you type in “Hillary”. Usually they suppress stuff like that.

Interestingly, if you type in “lisa bardack” one of the choices is “dead”.... Not really surprising.

I guess you didn’t watch the Sourcefed video. It proved beyond doubt that Google manipulates results in favor of Hillary when compared to Bing and Yahoo.

Dang man, “federalization” IS the problem in our country. If so-called conservatives don’t get that, how in the world is America ever going to have a rebirth for freedom, the Constitution, and limited government? The 80%+ unconstitutional portion of the threatening, gargantuan $4 trillion federal government IS the problem.

We can’t go around coming up with socialist tyranny “im favor of the Right” every time we don’t like something. That’s what the Left does. Let the market economy run free of government interference. It’s not perfect but it’s way ahead of whatever’s in second.

Yeah... let’s put the government in charge of ‘supervsing’ Google.

That’s sure to make it better...

How long have you been here?

Well, they are a private corporation. I don't know that Federalizing them is a very Conservative idea.

They are a communist data-collection organization, and the power they have acquired has become a threat to the rest of us.

They are like the phone company, but with every single telephone line tapped and recorded, and then used for blackmail and commodities steering.

If you think the Free Market is going to destroy this monopoly, you need to re-read some Adam Smith.

Dang man, “federalization” IS the problem in our country. If so-called conservatives don’t get that, how in the world is America ever going to have a rebirth for freedom, the Constitution, and limited government?

Prior to 1890, Standard Oil would move into an area, deliberately price their gasoline below that of any local retailers and run them out of business. It is for abuses such as this that congress passed in 1890, the "Sherman anti-trust act" to reign in such behemoths.

Do you believe Standard Oil should have been stopped from this unethical, but at the time, legal business practice? If so, who is going to stop them?

The 80%+ unconstitutional portion of the threatening, gargantuan $4 trillion federal government IS the problem.

Precisely, and that threatening gargantuan Federal Government is very much supported by the threatening gargantuan Oligarchs who run Google. How better to show them the error in advocating for big government than giving them a taste of that very government they wish to impose on others?

We can’t go around coming up with socialist tyranny “im favor of the Right” every time we don’t like something.

Do you believe Google is a threat to the nation? I do. If you don't, we have nothing to discuss. If you also see Google as a threat to the nation, how do you propose to deal with this threat?

I'm also wondering if you know about Google's role in getting Obama elected.

That’s what the Left does. Let the market economy run free of government interference.

Don't let your Dogma get run over by Karma. Yes, the free market is a wonderful thing provided the participants all behave ethically. We know however from past experience that they won't, and so we have to deal with them somehow.

As Adam Smith said:

“People of the same trade seldom meet together, even for merriment and diversion, but the conversation ends in a conspiracy against the public, or in some contrivance to raise prices.”

Yeah... let’s put the government in charge of ‘supervsing’ Google.

Not exactly the government, but a board of directors such as the FCC, and in my opinion who should be elected by the public.

The alternative that Google can continue to collect data to help the Democrats win elections is a sure fire path to disaster. You do know that Google won that 2012 election for Obama don't you?

That’s sure to make it better...

Could it be worse than what we have now? We've regulated broadcasters since the communication act of 1934. Google is just another broadcaster, after a fashion.

How long have you been here?

A better question is "How much wisdom do you have?"

I have noticed Google tampering with search results also. Yes, they are doing it.
