Wisconsin Representative Sean Duffy (R-WI) went on with Tucker Carlson tonight to discuss the recount in Wisconsin. Duffy said Democrats and far left Green Party supporters are stalling the recount in Dane County Wisconsin, where Madison is located. The county is holding a hand recount. The recount will not be completed by the deadline on December 20th. Therefore, according to Rep. Duffy, the state will quite possibly be forced to forfeit their electoral votes. This was the plan all along. Democrats knew they couldn’t make up 20,000 votes. But they also knew if they stalled on the recount the state

It’s a dangerous game they play.
Seems to me that if the recount is not completed, the conclusion is that there is no compelling evidence of voter fraud that has been presented...thus, the original count should stand.
I thought that the deadline was Dec. 13th. And I’m guessing that a judge can order the count to stop and the results certified on that day whether the weirdos in Madison like it or not.
Why wouldn’t they just use the original count if they don’t finish the recount in time? It’s not even a mandated recount in the first place.
I’ve read on FR that if a state fails to meet the deadline, barring any evidence of fraud, the state’s EVs go to the candidate who originally took the state.

Not a chance that happens. Can’t you imagine the legitimate outrage if Democrats disenfranchise an entire state?
The deadline is Dec 13th, not December 20th. In the event of an unsettled controversy, the US Constitution grants the state legislature plenary power to appoint the electors for a state.

Electors can still vote. Congress has the sole authority to accept or reject electoral votes. In this case if the electors vote and Congress accepts the votes then it doesn’t matter what Dane Co. does.
Yes he can and press charges against these criminals too. The left better get their heads and their a$$es wired together. We patriots who defend this nation hold their seditious activities with a very dim view. If they keep up their antics they are going to provoke a reaction which they will not expect or believe.
If he’s smart, they should know that the legislature can then award the electors to Trump.
scotus 2000 precedent is exactly this. it will happen in every state not done in time.
